Dr. David Lawrence is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Elevis Medical Group.

Dr. Lawrence is a board-certified physician with over a decade of experience and serves as the leading and founding physician behind Elevis. His vision for the network was shaped by years in traditional medicine, where he saw firsthand the need for a more proactive, patient-centered approach to care.

Driven by a passion for health optimization and longevity, Dr. Lawrence founded Elevis Medical Group to create a model that prioritizes thoughtful, personalized care while still allowing clinics to grow and scale. His focus has always been on building something better, both for patients and providers, where quality, consistency, and experience are never compromised.

Dr. Lawrence received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry before earning his Doctor of Medicine, followed by residency training at Mercer University. He resides on Lake Oconee with his wife and two children and enjoys time on the water, golfing, and being with his family; values that continue to shape his perspective on balance, longevity, and what meaningful health truly looks like.
