Our Story
Dr. David Lawrence built his career in high-pressure clinical environments, serving on the frontlines in the Emergency Department during the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many providers, that period took a personal toll. Long hours, constant demand, and the weight of patient care began to impact his own health, energy, and overall well-being. Recognizing the disconnect between how he felt and how he needed to perform, he made a deliberate shift toward improving his health from the inside out, applying both clinical knowledge and personal discipline to regain control.
That pursuit led Dr. Lawrence deeper into preventative and optimization-based care, including peptide therapy and compounded treatment protocols. Combining his medical background with research and practical application, he developed a more accessible, cost-conscious approach to care delivery. Today, through Elevis, his experience translates into a broader provider network focused on delivering structured, compliant, and scalable telehealth solutions. His perspective, shaped by both clinical practice and personal transformation, informs a model designed to support providers while expanding access to modern, outcomes-driven care.
